Workplace Coaching for Employees and Leaders
Available through our PEAK Employee Assistance Program, Life and Leadership Coaching supports employees, emerging leaders and experienced managers with personal and professional development. In structured, one-to-one sessions, a coach helps each participant set meaningful goals, consider practical options and take accountable action.

Benefits of Workplace Coaching
Workplace coaching gives people dedicated space to reflect, build self-awareness and strengthen skills they can apply at work. It can support clearer communication, confident decision-making, stronger leadership and greater ownership of development. For employers, coaching can complement a broader wellbeing and capability strategy by helping people respond constructively to change, pressure and new responsibilities.

What Coaching Can Support
Sessions are tailored to the participant’s goals and may focus on:
Confidence, self-awareness and personal effectiveness
Career development and leadership progression
Workplace performance and goal achievement
Managing pressure, priorities and sustainable performance
Navigating role transitions and organisational change
Workplace relationships and constructive conflict management
Communication, influence and stakeholder management
Work–life boundaries and sustainable ways of working

Goal-Focused Coaching with the GROW Framework
Our coaches use the GROW framework - Goal, Reality, Options and Will - to help participants define what they want to achieve, understand their current situation, consider possible approaches and commit to practical next steps. Coaching may support goals such as preparing for a new role, improving communication, managing competing priorities or leading through change. Coaching is development-focused and is not a substitute for counselling, psychological treatment or clinical care; where another form of support is more appropriate, participants can be guided to the right service.
