A new name. Even more care.

Health worries — appointments and symptoms on your mind

Family — caring for loved ones at home
How we became Wisdom Wellbeing
You might have known us as Health Assured, or HA | Wisdom Wellbeing. For years, we were best known as an Employee Assistance Programme, a place to turn to in difficult times, with 24/7 counselling at the heart of everything we do.
Over time, we grew in to the brand we always wanted to be. We added a Virtual GP, so getting help didn’t mean waiting. Wisdom Academy, to build resilience before the hard days arrive. Occupational health, manager support, and more. One by one, we became something bigger than a service you call in a crisis.
Our positive impact on staff mental health, stress and wellbeing can be visibly seen in reductions in absence and sickness, increases in productivity and improvement in retention, so your business is protected and can thrive.
Our new name simply reflects who we’ve become. Wisdom Wellbeing: everything in one place, for everything you and your people carry.

Meet the Wisdom Worry Monster
To tell this story, we needed something you could see. So we made the Wisdom Worry Monster.
This character is worry made real. A small, handmade character who carries the things we all carry. The bills, the buzzing phone, the sleepless nights.
It isn’t a mascot. It’s all of us, on the days the weight feels like a lot.

Why a character? Because it helps.
There’s a gentle truth behind the Worry Monster. When a worry stays inside your head, it can start to feel like part of who you are. But give it a shape, something you can look at, name, and set down for a moment and it becomes something you can manage instead.
Therapists call this externalising, and it’s one of the quiet, everyday ways our clinicians help people feel lighter.
With the clinical concept of externalising worry, the character encourages a compassionate approach to wellbeing. Rather than treating worry as the enemy, the Worry Monster reminds us that worries are a natural part of life and that understanding and working alongside them can help build resilience, confidence and emotional wellbeing. This reflects Wisdom Wellbeing's commitment to helping people navigate challenges without carrying the weight alone, which helps businesses address the £billions in lost working days due to stress, depression and sickness absence.

How we help lift the weight
Sometimes lifting the weight means talking to someone at two in the morning. Sometimes it’s seeing a GP the same day, learning a small skill before a hard week, or having a manager who knows just what to say.
Whatever your people are carrying, we’re here for it, with 24/7 counselling, Virtual GP access, Wisdom Academy e-learning, occupational health and manager support, and much more besides. Complete wellbeing, in one place. Far more than an EAP.

A new name. Even more care.
Everything you trusted us for is exactly where you left it. The same clinical rigour, the same (we remain accredited by both the BACP and NCPS), and the same team who’ve supported thousands of organisations. Only our name, and the way we tell our story changed.

For everything you and your people carry.
If you’d like to see how Wisdom Wellbeing could help your people carry a little less, we’d love to show you.
