What is dedicated relationship management?
As a Wisdom Super Care EAP client, you'll have a dedicated relationship manager, who'll act as your trusted partner throughout your EAP journey, from implementation and onboarding through to ongoing engagement and service optimisation. They'll work closely with key stakeholders across your organisation to understand your priorities, share best practice, and help align your EAP with your wider wellbeing objectives.

What dedicated relationship management includes
Support includes, but isn't limited to:
service implementation and onboarding guidance
regular review meetings tailored to your organisation
recommendations to increase awareness and engagement
support with wellbeing campaigns, webinars and onsite activity
guidance on employee wellbeing trends and emerging needs
a dedicated point of contact for day-to-day support
The level and frequency of support is tailored to the size and needs of your organisation, so you get the right level of engagement and strategic input to make the most of your EAP.

What is MI reporting?
Management information (MI) reporting gives you valuable insight into how your employees are using the wellbeing services available to them.
Through regular reports and service reviews, you'll get a clearer understanding of utilisation trends, the issues employees are seeking support for, and engagement levels across your workforce. All reporting uses anonymised, aggregated data, so individual employees can't be identified.
MI reporting can help you:
understand overall service utilisation and engagement
identify key wellbeing themes and workforce trends
support informed wellbeing planning and decision-making
measure the effectiveness of awareness and engagement activities
highlight opportunities to promote the support available
