Insight & reporting
Knowing how many people called your EAP tells you very little.
Our management information shows who is using support, why, and with what results, so you can see what's working and act on what isn't.

What you'll see
A complete picture of your service.
Your reporting goes well beyond usage figures. It shows how people are using support, what they need help with, and the difference it makes to their wellbeing and their work.
What's included
- Usage and trends: utilisation, contacts, counselling cases and sessions, live chats and month-by-month activity, with year-on-year comparison and benchmarking
- Reasons for contact: the most common counselling, advice and work-related themes
- Clinical outcomes: changes in anxiety and depression, measured using GAD-7 and PHQ-9 at the start and end of therapy
- Workplace outcomes: the Work and Social Adjustment Scale, how many people stay in work, and how many return
- Wider support: Occupational Health referrals and attendance, specialist support and monitored cases
- Reach and service quality: equality and diversity data, service levels, Net Promoter Score and feedback
From insight to action
Reporting that leads somewhere.
The value of reporting is in what you do with it. Your Relationship Manager uses your data to recommend practical next steps, then tracks whether they're working.
For example
- Rising themes: if contacts about a particular issue increase, we can run a targeted campaign or webinar
- Gaps in reach: if a site or group is under-using support, we can focus communications there
- Work-related pressures: if work concerns rise, we can recommend manager training or support
- Measuring impact: we track whether changes make a difference in later reports
Measure reach, not just usage
Our Mental Wealth Index 2026 found that 53% of higher-paid workers know they can get help at work, compared with 37% of lower-paid workers. Reporting that shows who is, and isn't, being reached helps you close gaps like this.
Results across our service
What our reporting shows.

- 20.1% reduction in workplace distress

Confidentiality
Insight without identifying individuals.
Employees need to trust that using support is confidential. All reporting is anonymised and aggregated, so you can see patterns across your workforce without ever identifying an individual.
How we help
- Anonymised and aggregated: reports show trends, never individuals
- Minimum group sizes: data is only broken down where numbers are large enough to protect anonymity
- Small numbers flagged: results based on small groups are clearly marked, as they can vary more
- Secure: data is hosted in the UK and encrypted at rest and in transit

How you receive it
Monthly reports, plus self-serve access.
You receive a full report every month, and you can also access your data whenever you need it through self-serve reporting. Your Relationship Manager talks you through it, so the numbers always come with context.
How we help
- Monthly reports covering every part of your service
- Self-serve access to your data at any time
- Regular reviews with your Relationship Manager
- Year-on-year comparison, so you can see how things are changing over time
