Tendering for Wellbeing Services
You don't need to wait until your tender is live to talk to us. Whether you're shaping your requirements, benchmarking the market or preparing a formal procurement, our team can provide the credentials, evidence and service information you need.

Talk to us early
Before your tender goes live, we can help you:
• Understand what a modern wellbeing service can include, beyond a traditional EAP
• Benchmark your current provision, usage and costs
• Respond to pre-market engagement or requests for information
• Shape a specification that reflects what your workforce needs

Everything you need for due diligence
Our tender pack gives your evaluation team the evidence it needs in one place, including:
• Clinical accreditations: BACP and NCPS organisational accreditation, EAPA accreditation and developmental APPTS membership
• Case studies and client references*
• Sample management information and reporting
• Service levels and KPIs
• A mobilisation and implementation plan

What to include in a wellbeing specification
A good specification makes it easier to compare providers fairly. These are the areas we recommend covering:
- Item Accreditation Which independent professional bodies accredit the provider and its practitioners.
- Access and inclusion Hours of access, channels (phone, app, online, in person), languages and accessibility.
- Scope of services Whether you need support beyond counselling, such as Virtual GP, Occupational Health, specialist therapies and manager training.
- Engagement How the provider will make sure employees know about and use the service, not just that it is available.

From award to launch
Once a contract is awarded, a dedicated implementation lead and Relationship Manager work with you from start to finish. Your employees can access support within 24 hours of signing, while we work with you on full configuration and launch. If you're moving from another provider, we plan the transition with you so there's no gap in support.
