Clinical governance
Every person who contacts us is assessed by a clinician and matched to the right support.
Our services are delivered within a clear clinical governance framework, guided by a Clinical Advisory Board of leading academics and practitioners.

Our framework
Clinically led at every step.
From first contact to the end of support, clinical decisions are made by qualified professionals and checked against clear standards.
How we help
- Clinical triage: everyone is assessed and matched to the right level of support
- Supervision: every practitioner works under regular clinical supervision
- Validated measures: GAD-7, PHQ-9 and the Work and Social Adjustment Scale at the start and end of therapy
- Clear escalation: agreed routes for anyone whose needs change or who may be at risk
Risk and safeguarding
Support for anyone who may be at risk.
Our dedicated Risk & Safeguarding team manages all levels of risk to protect those in need. Cases requiring closer oversight are immediately flagged and monitored until safely resolved.
How we help
- A dedicated Risk & Safeguarding team supporting cases where someone may be at risk
- Monitored cases: Plus additional monitoring in cases of a recorded risk, safeguarding concern or other matter needing closer oversight
- Specialist support for people with complex needs
- 24/7 access, so support is there whenever it's needed
Accreditation
Independently accredited.
Our standards are independently assessed by the leading professional bodies in counselling and employee assistance.

- BACP and NCPS: the UK's only national EAP provider with organisational accreditation from both
- EAPA: accredited by the Employee Assistance Professionals Association
- APPTS: developmental member
