How referrals work

  • Step  2. Assess

An OH clinician assesses the employee

  • Step  3. Report

You receive a clear report with practical recommendations, shared in line with the employee's consent.

  • Step  4. Support

Where needed, the employee is connected to counselling and/or specialist therapies.
