Who we help
One wellbeing partner, one service built around your priorities
Choosing a wellbeing partner usually involves several people, each with different priorities. Whether you lead HR or operations, run procurement, manage occupational health or oversee an internal wellbeing service, here's how we support you.

HR & people leaders
Turn employee wellbeing into workforce performance.
You're balancing culture, retention, absence and productivity, often with a wellbeing budget that has to prove its worth. We work as a proactive people and wellbeing partner, not just a counselling service, so wellbeing becomes part of your people strategy rather than a benefit that sits on the shelf.
How we help
- Prevent problems earlier with proactive support, targeted campaigns and The Wisdom Academy e-learning platform
- Reduce absence and presenteeism with 24/7 mental health support, Virtual GP and Occupational Health
- See where support is reaching people, and where it isn't, through regular management information reviewed with your Relationship Manager
- Build line manager capability through manager training, a dedicated manager support line and Mental Health First Aid training
- Support specific needs, including menopause, neurodiversity and financial wellbeing
Changes HR teams need to plan for
From 6 April 2026, the Employment Rights Act 2025 made Statutory Sick Pay payable from the first day of absence and removed the lower earnings limit, meaning absence now costs employers more, sooner. The Act also gives the government the power to require employers with 250 or more employees to publish equality action plans, including how they support employees experiencing the menopause.
This comes at a time when women aged 45 to 54 are the most anxious group in the workforce, according to the Mental Wealth Index 2026, highlighting the importance of proactive support during this stage of life.
Procurement
More value. Less complexity. Proven assurance.
You need a provider that fits the requirement, meets your compliance standards and offers clear value for money, with as little supplier risk as possible. We offer a comprehensive, scalable service with predictable costs, and the independent assurance to back it up.
Discover more about our credentialsHow we help
- One comprehensive service covering mental health, physical health, financial and legal support, reducing the need for several standalone suppliers
- Independent assurance: organisational accreditation with BACP and NCPS, EAPA accreditation and developmental APPTS membership, plus numerous ISO and cyber security credentials
- Predictable costs: a fixed cost per employee, and if your workforce grows during your contract, your cost won't go up
- Proven delivery across large, complex and multi-site organisations, with a dedicated Relationship Manager and agreed service levels
Going out to tender? We're ready.
You don't need to wait until your tender is live to talk to us. Whether you're shaping your requirements, benchmarking the market or preparing a formal procurement, our team can provide the credentials, evidence and service information you need.
Occupational Health
Extend your clinical capability without adding internal capacity.
Your team manages sickness absence, return to work and workplace adjustments, and needs mental health expertise it can rely on. We work as a clinically governed extension of your service, alongside your existing clinicians rather than in place of them.
How we help
- Clear referral routes from OH and line managers, with clinical triage and agreed escalation protocols
- A continuum of care from early intervention through to complex support, including structured counselling and Active Care
- Specialist capability including EMDR, trauma-focused CBT, Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) and Structured Professional Support (SPS)
- Robust safeguarding from a dedicated Risk & Safeguarding team working across [nine] levels of risk
- Occupational Health assessments to add capacity when you need it
Wellbeing leads and internal counselling teams
More capacity when your people need it, without replacing what already works.
You may already have an internal counselling or wellbeing team with established ways of working. We add capacity and specialist support around it, so employees get one joined-up experience rather than competing services.
How we help
- Overflow capacity when demand peaks, and 24/7 cover outside your team's hours
- Specialist pathways for trauma, complex needs and critical incidents
- Referral, escalation and reporting designed together with your team, so everyone knows who does what
- Shared clinical governance and safeguarding, supported by our Risk & Safeguarding team
- Choice and matching: 2,000+ counsellors, with support also offered in multiple languages. Matching also available with those who have disclosed lived experience

Front-line & high-risk workforces
Supporting front-line and those vulnerable to high-risk situations.
Retail, contact centre, transport and emergency service colleagues can face aggression, abuse and trauma as part of their everyday work. We provide specialist trauma support designed around them, from resilience training to critical incident response.
Let's talk about your people
Whether you're reviewing your current provider, planning a tender or starting from scratch, a Wellbeing Specialist can help you understand what your workforce needs and how we can support it.
