Virtual GP
Give your people fast access to a GP, wherever they are. Our Virtual GP service, provided by KRY, lets employees book online appointments, get medical advice and referrals, and receive private prescriptions, without waiting for a local surgery appointment.
Menopause Care
Menopause can affect confidence, wellbeing and attendance. Menopause Care gives your people a dedicated support line, staffed by our qualified team, alongside Rightsteps CBT, a digital programme to help manage the physical and emotional effects of menopause.
Active Care
Active Care is our Day 1 intervention for stress-related absence. As soon as an employee is off with stress, our team gets in touch to offer early, practical support. It's designed to help people feel supported sooner and return to work safely.
Online and in-person counselling
Wisdom Super Care includes more structured counselling sessions than Core, delivered by qualified counsellors online or in person. Short-term, goal-focused sessions help employees work through personal and work-related challenges.
Occupational Health assessments
Get clear, expert advice on fitness for work, adjustments and return-to-work planning. Wisdom Super Care includes dedicated Occupational Health assessments and specialist webinars, with further Occupational Health services available at preferential rates.
Work health assessments
Work health assessments help you understand the health of your workforce and spot risks early. They give employees a clearer picture of their wellbeing, and they give you insight to shape your wellbeing strategy.
Life and Leadership coaching
Help your people grow in confidence and capability. Structured, one-to-one coaching supports employees and leaders to set goals, manage pressure and navigate change, building a more resilient, capable workforce.
Mental Health First Aid training
Build confidence across your organisation. Wisdom Super Care includes places on our accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training for employees in England. Learners gain the skills to spot the signs of poor mental health, offer initial support and guide colleagues towards professional help.
Financial wellbeing coaching
Money worries are a major source of stress. Financial wellbeing coaching with MUNNY gives employees confidential, practical support with budgeting, debt and planning ahead, helping them feel more in control.
Management support and HR advice
Managers don't have to handle difficult situations alone. The management support line offers guidance and counselling for leaders, and the Management HR advice line gives expert help with sensitive cases, absence and employee relations.
Night worker questionnaires
Employers must offer night workers a free health assessment. Our night worker questionnaires help you meet this duty simply, identifying anyone who may need further assessment or support.
